A lot of people get tired and sick of diets because they either just don't work or they don't bring out what they had promised. It makes a person miserable and usually very stressful. Instead of going through that you can cheat your way thin with a diet that I highly recommend. I had tried every single diet myself and found nothing working until I started doing this. I felt really bad for awhile and almost gave up but this diet put that energy back in me to lose that weight I needed.
One mistake that many other diets make is they make it sound very complicated. They say that you must eat only this or that. Others go as far as to say that you can only buy their meals if you want to lose weight. I would be very skeptical of ones like that because often times they do not work at all and usually a rip off. Did you know that you could eat burgers and pizza but still lose weight? I know that does not sound right but it is true. I understand if you think that it is bogus because so many other diets go against that but that is why Cheat Your Way Thin is fantastic.
The body goes into a hungry mode when trying to diet and the goal of this is instead of making it go on and on it should be stopped so it doesn't feel hungry. The meals usually just need to be restructured and done within some kind of moderation. When the body becomes deprived and longs for food that is a terrible mistake. The reason why is because when you start having it finally you'll want to go overboard and you'll not know when to stop. That can cause your body to cycle and go downhill very fast because it's not use to the sugar that you are putting in it. If you are wanting a candy bar this diet teaches you how you can have that candy bar and still lose weight without causing your body harm. That is why I lost so many pounds on this diet because I could eat whatever I wanted without feeling guilty.
